You might be surprised to hear this, but Pixel Ink is actually a two-person agency. This means you’ll be working directly with us, the founders of P-ink.
We understand that you might not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment. That’s where the pause feature comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let’s say you subscribe and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused, leaving you with 10 days of service to be used anytime in the future.

P-ink offers a lot of flexibility in how you request designs using Miro. Some common ways clients request designs include directly through Miro, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write out their briefs). Basically, if it can be linked or shared in Trello, it’s valid.
No worries! We’ll keep revising designs and websites until you’re 100% satisfied.
Marketing Campaigns can be executed only once.
Absolutely. P-ink does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, complex packaging design, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
As for web development, our monthly packages are only developed using Webflow, WordPress, and Elementor Pro. If you need something more advanced, we can discuss it further.
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription once you’re done and return whenever you have more design needs. There’s no need to let the rest of your subscription go to waste.
